If you insist on buying a luxurious EV from a luxury brand, you could consider a number of options like Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Lexus.

And then there’s Genesis, which has revamped its all-electric GV60 compact crossover range after a 12-month hiatus.

The new model is heaps cheaper than before, though there have been some specification deletions and it now has substantially less power than before.

But it has more EV range and some improvements to the tech on board, so is it a competitive play from the South Korean luxury arm?
